Practice working with your body in a safe and non-judgmental space. One-on-one and small group sessions are offered to best suit your individual needs. We find that trauma-informed yoga is a supportive component to trauma resolution work, and helps to clear stagnant energy from the body. It has also demonstrated to be a supportive treatment option for chronic pain conditions. These practices can help you get “unstuck”.
